Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American journalist for the broadcast industry. Most famously, she is the host of CNN's morning program At This Hour. She had previously been a co-host for the CNN morning programs on weekdays, New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan is also part of CNN's prestigious presidential election coverage in 2012. She has also served as an official correspondent for the congressional office in Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. Bolduan was member of the Capitol Hill Unit, reported on legislative cycles and congress activities, including talks to increase the limit on federal loans as well as the Super Committee's deliberations. Her work on general assignments has included stories about the Christmas Day Bombing, Obamacare's Supreme Court Decision and implementation of the stimulus program by the government in 2009. She began working for CNN Newsource in 2007. As a correspondent for the national network, she provided breaking news coverage and feature news for over 800 CNN Newsource affiliates. In the past, she was a reporter for NBC News MSNBC and WTVD-TV. She lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
