Simone Biles
Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born on March 14th, 1997 in Columbus Ohio U.S.A. The 2016 Olympics that took place in Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals at a single Games and was also the first gymnast who won three consecutive all-around world championships (2013-15). Biles was raised in Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area after she and her twin sister Adria received adoption by parents Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone first became interested in gymnastics when she was just six. The coach Aimee Borman took Biles to Bannon's Gymnastix, where they went to a field trip. Biles won a gold in the floor exercise as well as a bronze in vault during the women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010 before breaking into the top level of competing in the year 2011. In less than two years, she dominated the sport. Her consistency, her vivacious attitude and level of difficulty in her four events -- vault uneven bars, floor exercise, vault uneven bars balance beam floor exercise as well as floor exercises -- helped to set her aside.
