Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding is a British singer and songwriter. She was born Elena Jane Goulding on 30 December 1986 in Hereford. She gained the attention of the world in the year 2010 by releasing her hit singles "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses," British vocalist Ellie Goulding quickly climbed to the top of the charts with her infectious electronic pop sound. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. The soprano's quirk and her ability to compose catchy, but emotional songs put her at the forefront for modern mainstream music, as well as an independent and artful pop. Polydor Records offered her a deal with an important label. She began to prepare for her debut.
